Suora.ai — Services for UK Businesses

The terms that govern your use of our website

These terms apply when you visit suora.ai/uk, take our business assessment, book a discovery call, or otherwise interact with our UK services.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Effective date 10 May 2026
Version Version 1.0

1. Who we are

Suora LLC, trading as Suora.ai ("Suora", "we", "us", "our"), is a US-based company providing AI-driven lead-capture and customer-engagement services to UK businesses. Our registered address is 2108 N St #12045, Sacramento, CA 95816, USA.

For any question about these terms, contact milachou@suora.ai.

2. The site and the business assessment

What suora.ai/uk does

suora.ai/uk is our marketing website. It describes our services, hosts a 3-minute business assessment, and lets you book a discovery call with our team. The site is informational and exploratory — it does not, by itself, create a service contract between you and Suora.

The assessment is an estimate, not advice

The business assessment uses information you provide to estimate the revenue your business may be losing from gaps in lead handling. It is intended as a thought-starter and conversation tool, not as professional advice or a guarantee of outcomes.

Specifically:

  • The score is calculated from the inputs you give us. If your inputs are inaccurate, the score will be too.
  • The estimated revenue figures are illustrative ranges based on patterns we see across UK service businesses, not a forecast of what your business will actually recover by working with us.
  • The assessment does not constitute financial, legal, accounting, or business consulting advice. Don't use it as the sole basis for material business decisions.
  • If you want a tailored analysis, please book a discovery call so we can discuss your specific situation.

The information you provide must be accurate

If you take the assessment or book a call, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it on behalf of your business.

3. Permitted use

You may use suora.ai/uk to:

  • Read about our services.
  • Take the business assessment for your own business or a business you have authority to represent.
  • Book a discovery call to explore working with us.
  • Contact us with questions or feedback.

The site is intended for use by UK service-business owners, decision-makers, and their authorised representatives. If you're using it on someone else's behalf, you confirm you have their authority to do so.

4. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site, the assessment, or any of our content for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when using the assessment or booking a call.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar) to access, copy, or extract content from the site, except for legitimate search-engine indexing.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or methodology behind the assessment or any part of our service.
  • Reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish content from the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  • Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, harmful, or that infringes anyone's rights.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the site, our servers, or our networks — including by introducing malware, attempting unauthorised access, or overloading the system.
  • Impersonate another person or business when interacting with us through the site.
  • Use the site, our content, or insights from the assessment to build a competing product or service.

We reserve the right to investigate, suspend, or block access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, and to involve law enforcement where appropriate.

5. Intellectual property

Our content

All content on suora.ai/uk — including the design, branding, written content, the assessment methodology, scoring algorithms, results pages, copy, images, and other materials — is owned by Suora or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view this content for the purposes set out in section 3. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit it without our prior written permission.

Suora's trademarks

"Suora" and "Suora.ai" are trademarks of Suora LLC. You may not use them in any way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without our written permission.

Your content

The information you submit through the assessment or in correspondence with us remains yours. By submitting it, you grant Suora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for the purposes described in our Privacy Notice — including operating the assessment, communicating with you, and (in aggregated, anonymised form) improving our services.

6. Privacy and cookies

How we collect, use, and protect personal data is set out in our Privacy Notice. How we use cookies and similar technologies is set out in our Cookie Policy. Both documents form part of these terms — by using the site, you also agree to the practices they describe.

7. Links to third-party sites

Our site may include links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these for convenience and they don't imply endorsement. We don't control third-party sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. If you follow a link, you do so at your own risk and subject to the third party's own terms.

8. No warranties

We work hard to keep suora.ai/uk accurate, useful, and available — but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations of any kind regarding the site, the assessment, or its results, including:

  • That the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
  • That the assessment results will be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific circumstances.
  • That information on the site is up-to-date or fit for any particular purpose.

Any decisions you make based on the site or the assessment are your responsibility.

9. Limitation of liability

This section sets out important limits on our liability. Please read it carefully.

What we don't limit

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law.

What we do limit

Subject to the section above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Suora is not liable to you for:

  • Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunities, goodwill, or reputation.
  • Loss or corruption of data.
  • Any losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or the assessment.
  • Any losses arising from decisions you make based on assessment results or other information on the site.
  • Any losses arising from third-party content, services, or websites linked from the site.

Cap on direct liability

Where we are liable to you for direct losses not excluded above, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the site, the assessment, and these terms is limited to £100 (one hundred pounds sterling).

Business users

You acknowledge that the site is provided for business use, that the limits in this section reflect a reasonable allocation of risk given that we provide the site and the assessment free of charge, and that you have had a reasonable opportunity to consider these terms before using the site.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Suora harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of any third party's rights through your use of the site. This obligation survives the termination of these terms.

11. Suspending or ending your access

We may suspend, restrict, or end your access to all or part of the site at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or where we need to do so for legal, security, or operational reasons.

You may stop using the site at any time. If you've shared personal data with us and want it deleted, see your rights in our Privacy Notice.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for example, if we add new features to the site, change how the assessment works, or need to reflect changes in the law.

The current version's effective date is shown at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we'll highlight them on suora.ai/uk for at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

You and Suora agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim arising under these terms.

14. General

Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy , are the entire agreement between you and Suora about your use of the site, and supersede any earlier understanding.

If part is unenforceable

If a court decides any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in force. The unenforceable part will be replaced with the most similar enforceable provision that achieves the original commercial intent.

No waiver

If we don't enforce a right under these terms in one instance, that doesn't mean we've given it up.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a sale or restructuring of our business, on notice to you.

Third parties

These terms are between you and Suora. No third party has rights to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
